Both LR1 and LR2 markets held steady on Friday as a few fixtures repeated the last done numbers. With the Saudis coming back from the holiday, more activities are expected and it strengthens owners’ sentiment. We shall see what it brings in this coming week.

The North Asia MR market has been relatively active over the last week. As charterers are trying to bring down the market,it is heard there are some fixtures concluded that are not allowed to be shared. Overall, it is stable for now.
