The Role 

The Dry Bulk Commercial Manager will be responsible for the growth of the dry bulk division. The day-to-day responsibilities will include: servicing of clients, analyzing supply and demand data, contributing to market reports, managing operational and accounting matters, and assisting with new product and software developments. 

The Person 

The preferred qualifications for this role are: 3+ years of ship brokering experience and a proven ability to serve iron ore, coal, grain, and minor bulk charterers, ship owners/operators, and brokers.  In addition, the ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, excels at mathematics, understands disruptive technologies, is comfortable in a hyper-growth startup environment, and has a reputation as a team player.
